How SMS Auto Reply Works
When an enrolled UNPLGD user enables offline mode, any person who sends the first SMS message to that user's personal phone number may receive a single automated reply informing them the user is currently unavailable. The sender's act of initiating the text conversation constitutes their consent to receive a one time automated reply. No automated message is ever sent to a recipient who has not first sent a message to the enrolled user.
If messaging features are enabled:
- Messages are only sent in response to an inbound SMS initiated by the recipient
- A single automated reply may be sent per session while the feature is active
- Message frequency varies based on user settings and inbound message activity
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider
Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out of receiving further UNPLGD automated SMS messages. Opt out requests are honored immediately and no further messages will be sent.
